Loyal customer! Devastating results from mascara
If there was a zero star rating option ide use that. I’ve been a very very loyal customer to E.A since I started to wear makeup when my nana showed me the “good makeup”. This year I’ve bought my usual mascara just after Xmas as was on offer I got two… within a few hours my eyelashes hurt and hurt to touch so I just decided to remove it. I use high end products to remove my makeup. I couldn’t remove it from my lashes at all u like any other time, it eventually clumped together and I’m so so sad to say that my eyelashes just came out. I’ve got a gap.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON OFFER! I bought from boots. Totally gutted and will be seeking professional guidance. I’ve still got the products and will be getting them tested to compare products as they’re in the same packaging but obviously miss made and therefore become sale products, notttt because the company wants to treat their customers and reduce the price slightly for a short period of time on offer!! Disgusting business and I will be taking it further.

Haven't received refund for 80days+
I’ve sent to Elizabeth Arden customer service several times since 11/01/2022, the problem is I returned the order back on 11/16/2022, now it's 01/19/2023 already and haven't received the refund yet. Same as everyone here, Elizabeth Arden's customer service is a total scam, they don't want to refund me, so they delay the time.

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. My order, including details of my name and address were sent to someone else. The company wasn't bothered about its breach of GDPR nor did they bother replacing the free samples i was supposed to recieve with my eye cream. Would not order from them again.

Absolutely appalling customer service…
Absolutely appalling customer service from this company! Constant emails sent. Told me I couldn’t receive a product I ordered as it was out of stock but charged me, customer service told me it was free and I hadn’t been charged!!!! Battles back and forth, constantly chasing and I’ve now received a refund but not even an acknowledgment or apology on the appalling level of customer care. Will not buy from them again and I’m making sure I communicate this dissatisfaction anywhere I can!

Ordered on 01/12/22
It is now 15/12/22 and I have received nothing.
Have emailed 3 times and there has been no response.
Royal Mail tracking says they have yet to receive my order.
What can I do???????

I have always loved Elizabeth Arden but.. …
I have always loved Elizabeth Arden products but am so disappointed and frustrated at their customer services. I had to cancel my order last month and I received an email saying it was cancelled and I wouldn't be charged. However I have been charged and cannot get any response from customer services about my refund. There isnt any phone number to ring so i have just had to keep emailing them with absolutely no response!

No UK customer services.
I placed an order which was never delivered, with the tracking saying it's been at the Royal Mail delivery depot for weeks.
I can't get any response from Elizabeth Arden customer service email or enquiry form, and there is no UK phone number

No response from customer service
I placed an hour 2 weeks ago and queried where my delivery was 4 days ago. I had to chase twice to get a response. I then received a credit note email and have received a refund for my order. Customer service didn’t respond to any of my emails with an explanation. I would recommend to not use this site!

RIP-OFF
Received expensive order with so-called ‘complimentary gift’ to make the cost more affordable. The ‘gifts’ had been opened and half used. My order is no longer showing in my account and the web page states “PAGE NOT FOUND. Sorry, after our latest technology-enhancing site facelift, this page is no longer available, or is resulting in an error.”
They don’t have a contact number either so no-one to talk to regarding this ‘rip-off’. Avoid!

I was introduced by a friend that their company's products are easy to use, and big companies don't have to worry about after-sales service. But they disappointed me very much. I buy more skin care products from them because the production date is too close and I find that I buy too much and I can't use it up in the right time. So I chose to return the product, but their company received the returned product for three months. The product is not damaged or has any problems, they no refund my money for three months.Apparently they don’t really care about their customer but just wanted to take your money. I will never buy from them ever again.

Horrendous Customer Service….still no reply
I ordered 2 items over Easter weekend, I was entitled to NHS discount but didn’t use it so I could get the BH gift, I was unable to add this onto my order at checkout. I emailed 3 times but no reply, I then filled out a chat enquiry, a week later they said to email, I emailed another 3 times again with no reply. This was 2 months ago now, 6 email to customer service and I have still have not had a reply! This is a huge shame because I like the products but the customer service is appalling so doesn’t want to make you order form here again Incase anything goes wrong with your order

The worst skin care products and customer service
The worst skin care products, customer service and website experience.
The 15% never worked, the order number it’s not recognised on my account, it doesn’t even show up on my account. No thanking number or status of your order
And nobody answers to any email or chat.

The Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant set has an horrible smell, even the lip balm smells the same.

Excellent service in Cambridge Boots
Excellent service in Cambridge Boots. I love all of the Elizabeth Arden products I have used so far. The mascara is the best one I have ever used. It is easy to apply.Does not clump. I have yet to try the foundation.
